1. From your phone, open the iPhone's Mail or Gmail app, and then open your email, click on the DNG mobile preset file, select Copy to Lightroom. IMPORTANT: If you see the "Unsupported File Type" message, just IGNORE it and continue. Please note: If you're not able to use the Copy to Lightroom feature, you will need to choose "Save Image" or "Save Photo" instead. This will save the preset file to your Camera Roll, and you will need to manually add this file to your Lightroom mobile app. You will add this file the same way you add any photo into the Lightroom app. 2. To use the mobile preset once you are in the Lightroom app, simply copy its settings and paste them onto a photo you want to edit. This is how you will apply the presets for any photos you want to edit in the future.  3. Now tap on the 3 dots icon at the top right of the screen and then tap on Create Preset. Next you will see the New Preset screen (shown below) which contains all the options you can use to customize your preset. You can give your preset a name and add it into a Preset Group in Lightroom.
